Tax Law
Refers to the claim of ownership of land to another person or part by an organization or a specific person. Previous claims have not been accepted by any agency and have no legal authority. However, some individuals and organizations claim to own celestial bodies such as the Moon and are actively involved in the "selling" part of the object. those through the so-called deed "Moon Deed" "Mars Deed" or similar
Individual rights, on the other hand, have little weight. However, the entire country may desire colonialism in some way. The legal aspect of future colonialism is not alien real estate. That is, however, how it applies to long-term real estate. When using other real estate planets, there are other aspects to consider. The real estate market, as well as how to build transportation
1967 Any space is designated as a community international
property by the UN-sponsored Space Theater, which describes it as "the
province of mankind and bans all countries from demanding territorial
sovereignty." 102 countries have ratified the treaty, which has been
signed but not yet approved by 26 more countries, including all major
space-faring states.
The Space Agreement sets out the basic outcomes for space
activities in Article 1: "The exploration and use of space, including the
moon and other celestial bodies, is carried out in the interests and interests
of all nations, regardless of economic level.
It
continues in verse 2 saying:

prohibit the private sector from owning real estate The deal has yet to be
broadly ratified, with only 18 countries ratifying it in 2021.
Numerous
individuals and NGOs claim ownership of the Moon and other celestial bodies.
But no claim has yet been identified. Competitive Enterprise Institute white
paper means US law. that recognizes the rights of private entities, Americans
and others meeting certain conditions of residence and transportation.
Many people and groups sell moon pieces and many other
celestial bodies by selling schematics or projects. The legal arguments for the
project, however, vary in level of detail. However, there is real discussion
over whether a 1967 space pact prohibits states from doing so. Private
individuals have no claim to heavenly objects, although there is no restriction
forbidding them from doing so. "NGOs' actions in space, including the moon
and other astronomical objects, should be licensed and competent."
Real estate orbith
Two troubling problems arise with abandoned spacecraft: in
orbit around the Earth, 'dead' satellites and abandoned satellites threaten
future travel in the same orbit with lethal sprays of debris. in orbit around
an extraterrestrial planet Sterile orbits in decaying orbits can contaminate
distant planets orbiting terrestrial life. So it generates false 'signs' about
extraterrestrial beings. Maybe it will destroy or change real life. or even
debris
Dangers created in orbit around the Earth
The main environmental problem in space near Earth is 'space
debris'. The crucial orbit for future satellites is ‘real estate’ which creates
a huge problem for the future use of the neighborhood. In the case of space
debris in orbit, orbiting debris will continue to accumulate without being
repaired, orbit near Earth will be filled with deadly missiles and some
missions in space will no longer be possible.
